Tasting Note:May 4, 2017

Medium ruby red. A bit more savory on the nose than the Yamhill Springs Vineyard with all spice, cloves, broken twigs and same darker red fruits as well. Moderate acidity (6/10) and medium bodied. A touch creamy in texture on the mid palate with layers of raspberries, strawberries and a kick of spiciness. Long and lingering finish. Love the freshness and layers within this Pinot Noir, definitely does not bore the palate.

Made up of 100% Pinot Noir from the La Chenaie Vineyard with the Pommard clone. Aged in 25% new French oak for a total of 15 months.
