This is a true 'craft wine' made up of Napa Valley and Clarksburg Chardonnay aged on Peach and Ginger. Medium golden yellow. With notes of honeycomb, peaches, spices and a touch of hay. Might just be from aging on the peaches and ginger but smells a bit like a chardonnay that has had some skin contact. Smooth and balanced with moderate acidity (5/10). Medium bodied with golden apples and spices. Medium finish. Very easy to drink, great with chilled and a fun new concept in the wine industry.
