Not as nice as the peach and ginger Chardonnay. This wine is made up of Lake County Sauvignon Blanc that is aged on habanero and jalapeno peppers. Pale yellow. Jalapeno overload on the nose, not much else coming out. Low acidity (4/10) and light bodied. Simple palate with some spicy peppers, grassy notes and something sweet like marzipan. Short finish.

Very interesting way of making wine by Rob and Kat MacDonald. Craft wine out of California. This specific bottling is aged on habanero and jalapeno peppers.
