Tasting Note:November 10, 2017

Third wine at The Great Falls Wine Outlet this Friday. Medium to dark ruby red. Dusty and earthy on the nose to start with some dark fruits on the backend. Medium tannins (6/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. A bit vegetal on the palate, also green and a little metallic. Needs to wear off. Some red cherries underneath with a punch of acidity after the mid palate. Long finish with a bit much acidity and heat.

Made up of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Coombsville AVA. Aged for 22 months in 70% new French oak barrels.
