2017 Lagunitas Brewing Co. OneHitter Series Sakitumi

Clear yellowish amber with a white head. Sweet malt on the nose, citrus and a little herbal. A bit sweet on the palate too with sweet spices like cinnamon and caramel, some rice, yellow fruits and hops too. Long finish with a medium to full body.
Around the label it says "Be it the Beast from the East, Raging Bull, the Count of Monte Fisto, an Italian Stallion, The Bonecrusher, The Executioner, The Body Snatcher, The Greatest, the Cincinnati Flash, the dogtown Dynamo or Nonpareil, ... it just don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing (sorry about that, Floyd). This is an Double=ish IPA as Lagunitas likes to call it, brewed with Sake yeast and rice. Making this a big and powerful brew, but without being overly hoppy. Released on draft and in 32 oz bottles.
