Light to medium lemon yellow. A bit tight on the nose with notes of buttered toast, grapefruit, melon and honeysuckle. Medium acidity (6.5/10) and medium bodied. Nice tanginess with notes of tropical fruit, lemongrass and minerality. Long and lingering finish.

First wine at the Vintners Dinner for Heart's Delight. This is made up of 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
