Quite lively with a light golden yellow. Lovely refreshing nose with white flowers, pears, honey and green apples. Low acidity (4/10) and light bodied. Balanced palate with sweet notes of stone and tropical fruits. A touch of minerality in the medium finish.

We played around with these Hello Sweet Life collection wines with a cheese pairing. This paired very well with a Gorgonzola blue cheese. Very refreshing and light sparkling wine.
