Tasting Note:February 8, 2018

Medium pale yellow. Nice notes of oak on the nose, butterscotch and light fruits. Light plus acidity (4.5/10) and light to light plus body. Can sense the age on this Chardonnay. Similar notes on the palate with the oaky influence and a touch of citrus. Medium finish.

Made up of 100% Chardonnay and whole bunch pressed in 300L oak barrels. Aged on the lees for 12 months in 40% new French oak barrels.
