2017 Paradigm Rosé of Merlot

Mix of light magenta and salmon pink. Perfumey nose with some rose hips, and some strawberry creme. Crisp and refreshing with medium acidity (6/10) and light body. Well balanced and elegantly held together with some floral notes, grapefruit zest and kiwi. Medium plus finish.
First winery on our third day in Napa Valley is Paradigm Winery in Oakville with our amazing host, Mary Ann. First up was their Rosé of Merlot while we toured around the vineyard and learned about the history of Rem and Marilyn Harris. This Rosé is made up of 100% Merlot from their estate vineyard in Oakville. Only 514 cases produced and 13.2% Alc/Vol.
