Third Sauvignon Blanc at Klein Constantia.

Light yellow with honey suckle and key lime on the nose. A bit of vegetal notes on the nose with something a little roasted. Medium acidity (6/10) and medium plus body. Notes of citrus and acacia on the palate with a touch of green pepper in the long finish.

Made out of 100% Sauvignon Blanc from two of the highest blocks on the estate (361 and 372). Aged on the lees for 12 months. Majority in stainless steel while a portion is being aged in new acacia barrels.
