Tasting Note:July 29, 2017

Deep golden yellow with a slight orange hue. Very mute on the nose with paper, bark, honeycomb and beeswax. High acidity (7/10) with sour citrus and herbal notes. Lacking in fruit with quite a bit of texture and gravel. Light to medium bodied with a long finish. Not really our cup of tea.
