Tasting Note:May 21, 2017

Clear medium golden yellow with a greenish hue. A touch of oak on the nose with blossoms, pineapple, strong, zesty and ripe lemon. Fresher than the Sonoma Coast. Medium plus to high acidity (7/10) and medium plus to full bodied. Layered with melon, vanilla, and rich citrus zest. Long and lingering finish.

Made of 100% Chardonnay from the Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino COunty. Aged in 40% new Burgundian French oak barrels. Only 675 cases produced.
