Tasting Note:April 17, 2017

Medium mix of garnet edges and ruby core. Very tight nose on day one with a touch of nutmeg, brown sugar, red berries and some spices. Moderate tannins (5.5/10) and medium bodied. Candied red berries on the palate. A touch of jamminess, with cherry pie, strawberries and a touch dark and vegetal in the finish. Solid spiciness too. Medium length finish, needs a bit of time to balance out.
