Salmon orange pink. Ripe with strawberries and savory too on the nose. Layered with some red cherries too. Tiny bubbles and good liveliness. Moderate acidity (7/10) and medium bodied. Zesty with red strawberries, a touch of melon, and solid minerality. Long, lingering and dry finish.

Great domestic bubbly made up of 77% Pinot Noir and 23% Chardonnay.
