2015 Moraitis Paros Monemvassia Barrel Fermented
Region: Paros, Cyclades, Aegean, Greece
Medium pale yellow. Fragrant nose, touch of oak with white flowers and citrus. Low to medium acidity (4.5/10) and medium bodied. A little bit of grass and wood on the palate. Not sharp with a bit of hidden acidity in the back.
Made of 100% Monemvassia, also known as Malvasia in other parts of the world. Aged for 5 months in oak barrels.
2017 till 2019.
