Medium ruby red. Nose is coated with dark cocoa and dark red cherries. Smooth and balanced palate. Moderate tannins (7/10) and medium plus bodied. Dark red fruits and bitter cocoa on the palate. Long and lingering finish.
Vineyards are located at elevations between 2,952 and 3,261 feet in multiple appellations; Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco. Cocodrilo Corte is a Bordeaux-blend made up of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc and 9% Malbec. Aged for 14 months in 20% new American oak barrels.
