Deep garnet red. Interesting nose with a bit of dirtiness as well as some savory meats, herbs, and some chalky notes. No real fruit on the nose at all. Moderate tannins (5/10) and medium bodied. Quite savory on the palate as well with a bit of red cherries and other berries. Dry, good acidity and lingering finish.
