Tasting Note:June 22, 2017

Bright light yellow. Needed some time to fully open on the nose. A bit mute on from the bottle with some honeycomb, and a little bit of tropical fruits. Opened up with some stone fruits, citrus, more prominent tropical fruits, a touch of hay and perfumey. High acidity (7.5/10) and a touch tart to start, wore off with some air. Crisp and fresh, layered with pineapple and other tropical fruits. A touch creamy in the mid palate with more weight as it opened. Light plus to medium bodied with a solid backbone. A bit of minerality in the dry long finish.
