First of the two Chenin Blancs tonight. Medium pale yellow. Notes of white pepper, lemon peels and white flowers on the nose. Rich attack on the palate that levels out. Moderate acidity (6/10) and medium plus bodied. Sweet white and citrus fruits through the mid palate then finish disappears.
