Tasting Note:November 16, 2017

Deep garnet core with bricking edges. Took some time to open up with some charred meats, dark berries, dark cocoa, truffles, and damp forest floor. Good bit of acidity and medium tannins (6/10). Notes of herbs, dark red berries, anise, spices and forest floor. Medium plus finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon-blend made up of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 7% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc.

2017 till 2019.
