Tasting Note:November 17, 2017

Medium copper pink and quite lively with tiny bubbles. Refreshing nose with notes of strawberries, watermelon and a little kiwi. High acidity (7/10) and medium bodied. As it warmed up a little bit it got more lush with red berries, like strawberries. Some melon and a touch of tart berries too. Long finish.

Made up of 100% Pinot Noir from the Carneros region in Napa Valley and made using the Méthod Champenoise technique. This is when the secondary fermentation occurs within the bottle. Additionally, this bottling is aged for three years on the lees prior to disgorgement. Only 500 cases produced.
