Tasting Note:October 13, 2017

Deep ruby red. Very peppery on the nose and a bit savory with tons of dark fruits. Medium tannins (5.5/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Layered palate and similar to the nose with white pepper, dark berries, meaty, black berries and tons of spices. The Zinfandel really comes through. Long finish.

Red blend made up of 68% Zinfandel, 12% Syrah, 9% Mourvedre, 7% Grenache and 4% Petite Sirah.
