Stunning, layered and complex. Pale yellow. Tons of tropical fruits, melon, pineapple and little grass. Even has tannins, moderate plus acidity (7.5/10). Even a little creamy on the nose. Stunning and can't stop saying that. Rounded and crisp.

Very interesting take on Sauvignon Blanc. This is actually 97% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Muscadelle. Aged for an extended period of 23 months in 100% new French oak. Only 220 cases produced.
