2011 Anomaly Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep and dark crimson red. A little bit of greenery like bell peppers that wears off quickly on the nose and is replaced with tons of blueberries. Moderate plus tannins (7.5/10) with a ton of blue and black fruits. Especially blue berries. Great texture and added complexity with Christmas spices. Full bodied and long finish. Delicious wine.
Made of 88% Cabrenet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. Only 759 cases produced.
