Light cooperish pink with moderate liveliness. Lots of minerals and savory notes on the nose. Such as leather and stones. Light orange notes too. Moderate plus acidity (7/10) and light bodied. Stoney and citrus (oranges) on the palate. Slightly savory undertones throughout. Medium length finish. Overall a more savory bubbly with light citrus notes. Not too crisp or refreshing.
