Tasting Note:December 25, 2016

Medium to deep ruby red. Very enticing nose, a little dirty with layers of dark berries and woody, even seems like a little cheese. A little dark cocoa too. Moderate tannins (6.5/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Pretty well rounded with a great backbone. Additional notes of dark cherries, black raspberries, wood, savory, and a slight earthiness. Very impressed with this bottling and very enjoyable. Solid QPR and can't wait to try it again.

Bordeaux-blend made up of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
