Tasting Note:August 22, 2018

Cloudy medium yellow with a light white head. Light bit of hops on the nose mixed in with some cinnamon and citrus rind. Nose only gets stronger with time in the glass. Medium bodied with notes of citrus, vanilla, and cinnamon chips. A bit creamier on the backend of the palate. Medium plus finish. Very interesting mix and put together well.

Fun IPA that definitely works right in with the label. Hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops and conditioned with milk sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Drank out of a one pint can (16 oz) and 6.5% Alc/Vol.
