2015 Bedrock Wine Co. The Bedrock Heritage

Estate: Bedrock Wine Co.

Tasting Note:March 15, 2017

Medium to deep ruby red. Tight on the nose with light notes of anise, bramble berries, and a little dirty. Moderate plus tannins (7.5/10) and full bodied. Tons of layers, hard to distinguish some of them. Some savory layers on the palate with dark berries and thicker than the Evangelho. A touch of heat but tons of potential. Dry and long finish.
