Second Chenin Blanc. Bright straw yellow. Powerful and complex nose, notes of hay, dirt, cream, toasted oak, and a little meaty. Moderate plus acidity (7.5/10) and medium bodied. Lots of tart citrus and green apple notes. Not too tart though. Slight minerality in the long finish.

Very interesting. Bright pale yellow. Toasty and dirty too on the nose. Creamy and lovely texture. Great palate with tons of fruits. A mix of citrus and tropical as well as banana runts. Can't wait to crack ours. Moderate acidity (7/10) and medium bodied. So refreshing and love the complexity.
